Ductile Iron
The same polymer concrete channel body fitted with a ductile cast iron grating in place of stainless steel — built for the heaviest-duty exterior runs where impact resistance and load rating matter more than sightline.

Where to use it
Kerbside and road-edge drainage, parking areas and basement ramps carrying vehicular traffic, and commercial or institutional campuses where the grate needs to withstand repeated wheel loading. For residential driveways and visible hardscape, the stainless slot variants read cleaner.
Compared to its siblings
Against the stainless slot variants (Single, Double, Trianglo), Ductile Iron is the load-class-first choice — it prioritizes durability under vehicular and heavy foot traffic over the narrower sightline the stainless grates offer.
Compliance
Ductile Iron is manufactured to comply with EN 1433 — Linear Drainage Channels. Third-party certification is in progress. Declaration of Performance and material test data are available on request.
